Slow Spring
We had a few set backs, but it seems like it’s here for real. Can’t wait for fresh green and yellow beans.

What season is it?
Creemie season! Sorry it’s blurry but I had to eat fast since it was 85 degrees. Of course a mere 4 days later, a few snowflakes flurried by. Always something.

Writer’s Lift
After only getting through 1500 words with my editor yesterday, I need my own kind of writer’s lift to get me through editing today. It’s cold and snowy outside anyway, so may as well get to work.

Food
Maybe I could have made this potato cheddar soup and cheese board but it was so much better when Twisted Carrot did it.

Leg work
Feeling pretty proud of myself. I took the time to go back over my story, making an outline to show that everything happened in the right order and that my character was better at the end then when she started. It makes a lot more sense now, lol!

Cold
It was -5 when we got up this morning. But don’t worry, it’s already up to -2! Unfortunately, the wind chill is -27. I don’t think I’ll be walking today. More time to write.

Winter Lights
I took down my “Christmas” lights, but I always leave one string of Winter Lights running down the bannister. Afterall, even though the days are getting longer, it’s still pretty dark most of the time. I thoroughly enjoy writing with by the light of my keyboard and the festive lights behind me.

Snowfall
Snow comes in all shapes and sizes-just like people. It can some down on you gently, lazily, fiercely, or strongly-just like life. It can fill you with joy or dread, peace or fear-I think you see where I’m going with this. I love watching the snowfall and imagining all the different possibilities, all wrapped up…
