Bria’s tired of her mom’s hectic work schedule, her push to join the family perfume business, and the puzzles she’s expected to solve while her mom travels. At least until she gets to Puzzle 261. This one starts out fun, like a treasure hunt, but ends up leaving Bria uneasy about where her mom really is.
Unable to convince her aunt that anything’s wrong, Bria finds an unexpected ally in her new friend, Henry. As they work through coded messages and scented clues, they find themselves dragged into a dangerous plot that threatens not only Bria’s mom, but Henry’s dads too. Bria must use all her puzzling skills to sniff out the truth about her mom’s trip, before it’s too late.
